In an effort to help our community during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering grocery pick up. 

  • Orders can be placed online using the form below. First submitted, first served until 12pm. Any orders submitted after 12pm will be pushed to the next day. Please remember to include quantities and be as specific as possible.

  • Add ons and changes will not be allowed after your order has been submitted, so please be thorough and certain when placing your order.

  • Minimum of $50 per order

  • Online orders are preferred but phone orders can be submitted between 9am to 12pm (noon), every day. Any phone orders called in before or after that time will not be accepted. Please try again the next day. Please only use this phone number for orders 250-837-2020. Our main phone line needs to remain open for our suppliers so we can keep our store well-stocked.

  • Credit card will be accepted as payment by Southside Market. That information will be asked during your confirmation call at 7pm. If you do not receive a confirmation call at 7pm, then your order will have been pushed to the next day instead.

  • Pick up of your order will be available the next day starting at 9am until 12pm

    • Identification matching the name on the order will be required​

    • Please ask for assistance at the customer service desk

  • Limitations on popular products will still apply to ensure that everyone has access to the necessities.

  • Tobacco and BCLC purchases cannot be made through this delivery service
