Recipes

1

ROAST TURKEY & gravy

Please be sure to give yourself adequate time to thaw your frozen turkey. For your convenience, below are some guidelines. Your frozen turkey is about 5.152 kg (11.36 lbs).

Also, please note that it is not necessary for you to have a roasting rack; just scatter your rough chopped carrots, onions and celery in the roasting pan and then place the turkey on top.

2

sTUFFING

This stuffing can be prepped while the turkey is cooking and popped into the oven when the turkey is out. This stuffing isn't actually "stuffed" into the turkey so it will be much easier to prepare!

*Substitute: Fresh poultry seasoning herbs for fresh parsley

3

VEGETABLE SIDE DISHES

All of these recipes are fairly easy and can be done while the turkey is in the oven. They are just guidelines since I'm not 100% sure of your cooking space. For example, there may not be enough room in the oven if the turkey is cooking. If there isn't then you can wait until the turkey is done or you can try another recipe like mashed potatoes, instead of the roasted potatoes.

Also, please note the serving sizes of each recipe. You may need to adjust amounts or cooking time depending on how much you'd like to make.

4

CITRUS SALAD

*Substitute: Arugula instead of mint.

Just thoroughly wash and dry the arugula, make the dressing as indicated and toss the arugula in it. The citrus and feta can be prepared according the recipe; just add them on top of the dressed arugula.
