This week’s new recipe: Sushi Bake!
Sushi bake is very popular in the Philippines and in Hawaii! Served hot, we have one side tasting like a spicy California roll and, on the other side, miso salmon with jalapeño. Eat it with nori and whatever other side dishes you like: we used avocado, cucumber, pickled ginger and umeboshi pickled plums. Pretty yummy and very rich. I just wish there was less dish washing involved
